Built by those who have lived it.

Runestone Ranch was founded by first responders who understand the weight of the profession and the need for a stronger culture of support.

Runestone Ranch exists to keep first responders from burning out.

We know the job takes a hidden toll, and waiting until you are broken down to ask for help is too late. Our mission is to build a proactive, peer-driven community that cuts through stigma and provides real support rooted in shared experience and evidence-based practices. We equip first responders and their families with skills, education, and community to manage stress before it becomes a crisis, so when challenges arise they are prepared physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially.

Runestone Ranch was founded by first responders and their families who know firsthand the hidden toll of the job.

While serving as police officers, Brian and Anthony endured their own traumatic experiences and saw how few resources were available when they needed them most. In the hard times, they found understanding and normalcy in being alongside fellow first responders with similar backgrounds. Instead of waiting for the culture to change, they decided to create what was missing: a place where first responders could access support before everything falls apart.

They were joined by their spouses, Jonalyn and Shelby, who carried their own side of the burden while absorbing the stresses their partners brought home, managing the strain on family life, and facing the pressure of holding everything together. Their perspective shaped Runestone Ranch into a movement to break stigma, restore resilience, and protect the people who protect everyone else.
