Founded to address the lack of financial education within the profession, their team specializes in retirement planning, asset protection, estate planning, tax-advantaged strategies, and long-term financial security.

From understanding deferred compensation to planning for life after the job, Athena provides guidance tailored specifically to the realities of first responder careers. Their approach reinforces a core belief we share: strength requires preparation not only physically & mentally, but financially.

Tee It Up Fore Mental Health is a philanthropic organization committed to promoting mental wellness for first responders. Through their annual golf tournament, they raise funds to support nonprofits that help first responders combat the long-term effects of job-related trauma and stress. Their support has directly funded the build-out of cabins.

Beyond fundraising, Tee It Up actively helps normalize conversations around mental health within the first responder community. Their commitment reflects a shared belief that proactive support, community, and practical tools are essential to sustaining those who serve.

TACTICAL CRAFTSMANSHIP

The Gun Co. is a precision manufacturing company specializing in designing, engineering, machining, and metal finishing. They have partnered with us to support first responder wellness initiatives, including the creation of custom firearms used in fundraising efforts that directly support our mission.

Looking ahead, we are working toward developing structured range days, competitions, and specialized training opportunities together. The vision is to build a space where technical proficiency and disciplined performance meet intentional wellness, with more to come as the partnership continues.

HONORING REITRED POLICE K-9S & MILITARY WORKING DOGS

Project K-9 Hero is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to the health, stability, and well-being of retired law enforcement and military working dogs. Their mission ensures these K9 heroes receive proper medical care, rehabilitation, rehoming assistance, and financial support after years of service on the front lines.

Through our relationship with Project K-9 Hero, K9 Kane is proudly sponsored as part of their program. Their work reinforces a belief we share: service does not end when the uniform comes off. Supporting retired K9s honors the full weight of the profession and the partners who stood beside it.

FIRST RESPONDER MINDFULNESS

Foundation Fortified was founded by retired Fire Captain Josh Grandinetti, a certified mindfulness and trauma-sensitive meditation instructor who understands the demands of the profession firsthand. The organization is committed to strengthening first responders and their families through practical regulation tools and long-term support.

Josh plays a leading role in integrating structured mindfulness and trauma-informed practices into our courses and retreats. His instruction helps build clarity, composure, and regulation under pressure while complementing the broader team of facilitators at the ranch.

CREATIVE REGULATION & HEALTHY EXPRESSION

The Outlet was founded by first responders who understand that staying healthy requires positive outlets. When the weight of the job builds up, what you turn to matters. Their work centers on helping first responders find grounding through creative expression and intentional practices that strengthen mental resilience instead of feeding unhealthy coping habits.

Through our partnership, The Outlet will support art-based sessions and other hands-on modalities at the ranch. These experiences create space in ways that feel practical and accessible. It is a shared belief that culture shifts when first responders model healthy outlets for one another.

FUNDRAISING FOR K9 UNITS & FIRST RESPONDERS

30x30 Fundraising works alongside organizations committed to strengthening first responders. Their partnership with Runestone Ranch focuses on closing a gap that K9 handlers know all too well.

Handlers and their K9s operate as a unit. Supporting one while leaving the other behind misses the mark. Together, we are building the infrastructure to ensure K9 teams can remain connected while participating in programming, reinforcing that support should extend to every part of the profession.
