Built by First Responders

Not just the program. The structures themselves.

The Build

The cabins rising on this property are being built by first responders, for first responders. What began as open land is becoming a place designed to host immersive, multi-day retreats rooted in community, resilience, and honest conversation.

This is not outsourced construction. It is sweat equity. Volunteers showing up rain or shine. Tools in hand. Framing walls that will one day house peers who need space to reset and reconnect.

The full build-out includes 12 arched cabins constructed from durable Arched Cabins kits and assembled on-site.

  • 4 cabins are fully built and currently being furnished

  • 8 additional cabins are projected for completion by fall 2026

  • Each cabin is designed to house two participants during retreats

The phased expansion allows programming to grow while infrastructure continues to take shape.

The Cabins

Dedication & Sponsorship

This build is moving forward because of the backing of POAs, local businesses, grant partners, and individuals who believe first responders deserve more than a checkbox approach to wellness. Through that support, cabin sponsorships are available at $10,500, covering the full kit and core construction materials.

A dedicated cabin becomes part of the foundation of this property. It is a tangible legacy, honoring a fallen hero, a department, or someone whose service shaped others. As the first four cabins move toward completion, we are also securing sponsorship for furnishings to bring each structure fully online.
