102 Acres of Purpose
Tucked into the rolling hills of Livermore, just far enough from the noise to hear yourself think.
Out here, there is space. Space to move. Space to train. Space to breathe. The kind of space that allows perspective to return.
Runestone Ranch spans 102 acres of open land in the hills above Livermore. Close enough to the Bay Area to remain accessible, yet removed enough to create real separation from the pace and pressure of daily life.
Environment Changes Outcome
Distance from the pace of daily life creates a measurable shift in focus, regulation, and perspective. Open terrain and elevation allow first responders to reset in ways that traditional indoor environments cannot.
This is not a retreat center tucked into the woods. It is working land. The scale supports outdoor physical training, hiking, night movement, scenario work, and immersive team-based experiences. The privacy allows honest conversation and uninterrupted focus. The land is not a backdrop. It is part of the process.
The space gives people room to step back without stepping away from who they are.
Runestone Ranch is fully operational, with purpose-built spaces that support immersive training and multi-day programs. As the mission grows, the infrastructure continues to expand with it.
On-Site
Our on-site range supports structured firearms training, qualification blocks, archery, and performance-based skill development in a private, controlled environment.
The Range
We are building our arched cabins by hand as part of a phased expansion of the ranch. Four cabins are complete, with additional builds underway and projected for completion by fall 2026.
