Virtual Meetings, Thursdays via Zoom
The Clearing
We currently host complimentary online peer support sessions every Thursday (via Zoom) known as The Clearing, specifically created for active and retired first responders seeking connection, reflection, and growth.
Led by retired Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Lieutenant Ci Rodriguez, also known as the Trauma Squatch, these gatherings combine trauma-informed coaching, grounding practices, group discussion, and guided meditation to support first responders in regulating their nervous systems, rediscovering resilience, and moving forward with clarity.
Anonymity and confidentiality are at the core of these meetings, ensuring a safe and trusted environment where first responders can share experiences without fear of external disclosure. While facilitators are legally obligated to act if there is a risk of harm to oneself or others, all other discussions remain private. This space exists by and for first responders, offering a community of shared understanding, encouragement, and tools to navigate the challenges of both the job and life.
