Tactical Wellness

Built for SWAT, K9, and specialized teams, this is a one-day, fully integrated experience that combines range time, scenario work, outdoor physical training, and peer-based resilience education in one place. Including access to the boneyard and shooting range, this course strengthens decision-making under stress while normalizing the mental load of the job. Participants train together, eat together, and work through real conversations that build cohesion and long-term durability.

Peer Support Enrichment

Peer Support Enrichment strengthens the backbone of your department’s support structure. In this one-day, hands-on experience, peer team members sharpen advocacy skills, clarify boundaries and confidentiality, and deepen their understanding of burnout, PTSI, and empathy fatigue. Hosted on our ranch and led by experienced first responders, the course blends education with practical regulation techniques that supporters can use and model immediately. Participants leave more confident, more aligned, and better equipped to carry the weight of the role.

Explorer & Cadet Foundations

Explorer and Cadet Foundations prepares future first responders before cumulative exposure ever begins. Through team-based activities and structured wellness training across our 100-acre ranch, cadets learn to recognize stress, regulate under pressure, and look out for one another early in their development. The course introduces peer support as a preventative tool, not a last resort. When culture is going to shift, it starts with the next generation.
